Birdpex 5 and Motif 06 was held in Løvvanghallen Nørresundby - Denmark 29th-30th of april 2006.
Many exhibitions are held in Denmark.
But how many of them is a world-exhibition?
A world-exhibition with such an exciting and well prepared program. We do not brag, we just confirm facts. |

One club can do a little. Two clubs can do a little bit more. All the clubs in the region can together do a lot . Therefore we could hold Birdpex 5 and Motif 06 -
The exhibition became an example on what can be done, when you work together. It is obviously, that we have been a bit nervous the past year or so. Many things was at stake - also economical. But after the deadline for the entry to this exhibition, we realized the entry's was more than expected. The question was - did we have enough room?
Løvvanghallen in Nørresundby did, that there WAS enough room for everything.
The big question on how we solved the problem with setting up and taking down all the frames, tables, chairs, and everything else, we took a bit more calm. All the clubs in the region had promised to help out, and Friday night everything was ready for the opening saturday at 10:00 AM. |

Birdpex 5 and Motif 06 - continued
This work, how ever, was not done with out "sweat and tears". We could not have done it, with out the big help we received from all clubs in the region - thank you!
* Well - would audience come then?
* And how many?
* Was anybody interested in this kind of exhibition?
This was questions that appeared when we planed it, and when we were setting up frames, and everything else on Friday evening off course.
We hoped for an audience on about 500. But several hundred more came, and we were off course excited.
A few dealers was sweating as well, and this is not a common sight.
After a job well done. We must say that:
* The entry of frames was past our expectations.
* The number of visitors/audience was way past our wildest drams.
* The way the exhibition was held, was as expected - we live in North Jutland you know. And as we say – ”it was not to bad”.
Look at more pictures from this exhibition - they tell a lot. |
